Privacy notice

Prena is a travel planning service. The controller of your personal data is Prena, 20 Kupradze Street, Tbilisi, Georgia. For anything about your data, write to hello@prena.ai.

We process personal data under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection. If you are in the European Union or the European Economic Area, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) also protects your data.

• your email address;
• the kind of travel you chose, if you chose one;
• where you found us, when the link you followed says so (for example a QR code on our printed materials);
• the version of this notice you agreed to, and the date you joined.

We do not ask for your name, and we do not store your IP address with your sign-up. Our hosting provider may briefly record IP addresses in its technical logs to keep the service running and secure.

We use your email only to tell you when Prena opens and about your early-adopter free trial. We do not sell it, we do not share it with advertisers, and we never send it to AI models.

The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to hello@prena.ai; this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

A few service providers process data for us, only on our instructions and under agreements that require them to protect it:

• Supabase hosts our database, in Frankfurt, Germany, in the European Union.
• Render runs our website and the server that receives your sign-up, in Frankfurt, Germany. Your sign-up passes through it on its way to the database and is not stored there.
• Namecheap provides our email, if you write to us.

Your waitlist data is processed and stored only in the European Union.

The website uses no advertising or analytics cookies.

We keep a waitlist entry until Prena opens and we have sent the launch email, and for at most 24 months, unless you create a Prena account or ask us to delete it sooner.

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit how we use it, or to give you a copy, and you can tell us to stop emailing you at any time. Write to hello@prena.ai. We will answer within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia, or, if you are in the EU or EEA, to the data protection authority where you live.

The waitlist is for adults. Please do not join it if you are under 16.

Signing in to the Prena app to plan trips involves more data than the waitlist. That use will be described here before the app opens to the public.
